OVERVIEW The Administrative Assistant at ISEP Study Abroad provides administrative and operations support that helps advance access to international education and study abroad opportunities. Based in Arlington, Virginia, this role supports daily office functions, governance activities, staff coordination, and event logistics. The position also includes occasional travel to Baltimore, Maryland in support of organizational activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Provide administrative and operations support for organizational activities – Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements – Support governance and council operations – Maintain office operations and office logistics – Assist with onboarding activities and staff events – Support conference and event coordination – Help advance the organization’s mission related to international education and study abroad – Support organizational functions based in Arlington, Virginia – Participate in occasional travel to Baltimore, Maryland REQUIREMENTS – Ability to provide administrative support – Ability to support operations and office logistics – Ability to coordinate meetings and travel – Ability to assist with conference and event coordination – Ability to support governance and council operations – Ability to assist with onboarding and staff events – Availability for occasional travel to Baltimore, Maryland – Ability to work in Arlington, Virginia WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Administrative and operations professionals play an important role in supporting international education organizations and helping students access study abroad opportunities.
