OVERVIEW The Assistant Director Member Relations U.S. East at ISEP Study Abroad is a full-time professional role focused on strengthening institutional partnerships and supporting student mobility across the eastern United States. Reporting to the Director of U.S. Member Relations, the position provides regional leadership and serves as a key liaison between ISEP and its Exchange Member Institutions. The role combines relationship management, program support, and collaborative work with internal teams to ensure effective participation in ISEP programs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Provide day-to-day leadership for institutional engagement with ISEP Exchange Member Institutions across the Eastern United States – Manage regional relationship efforts, with direct management responsibility for Member Institutions in the Midwest and Northeast regions – Support student mobility initiatives connected to ISEP Exchange and ISEP Direct programs – Work collaboratively with member institutions to support participation in ISEP programs – Partner with internal teams to strengthen institutional partnerships – Contribute to ensuring successful delivery of ISEP programs REQUIREMENTS WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Institutional partnerships are central to the success of international exchange programs, and this role plays a direct part in sustaining and expanding those relationships. By supporting member institutions and student mobility initiatives, the Assistant Director helps ensure that study abroad opportunities remain accessible, well-managed, and impactful. The position also supports long-term collaboration between U.S. institutions and global partners through consistent engagement and program delivery.
