OVERVIEW The University of North Texas is seeking a Study Abroad Marketing Coordinator to support the institutionās Study Abroad Office in Denton, Texas. The office coordinates study abroad and exchange programs and focuses on expanding student participation in global learning experiences. This role supports outreach, engagement, and assessment efforts through coordinated marketing initiatives, digital platforms, peer engagement activities, and re-entry programming. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Coordinate marketing efforts for study abroad and exchange programs – Support study abroad outreach initiatives – Increase student engagement in global learning experiences – Assist with program assessment activities – Expand student access to study abroad participation opportunities – Manage coordinated marketing and targeted outreach efforts – Support digital platforms connected to study abroad promotion – Facilitate peer engagement initiatives – Assist with re-entry initiatives for students returning from abroad REQUIREMENTS – Experience or interest in coordinated marketing activities – Ability to support outreach and engagement initiatives – Ability to contribute to program assessment efforts – Interest in supporting student access to global learning opportunities – Ability to work with digital platforms and communication initiatives WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Study abroad programs help students develop global perspectives, cultural awareness, and professional skills that support academic and career growth.
