OVERVIEW ISEP Study Abroad is seeking a Program Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Member Relations team. The role focuses on supporting alumni engagement initiatives, scholarship administration, and grant support activities within an international education environment. This position includes coordination, record management, event support, and collaboration with internal teams. The Program Assistant will contribute to day-to-day administration while helping maintain strong relations with alumni and institutional partners. The role also supports engagement activities and international education research efforts. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Provide administrative and operational support to the Member Relations team – Support alumni engagement initiatives and engagement efforts – Maintain alumni records and related administration processes – Process registrations for programs and activities – Coordinate virtual and in-person alumni events – Support scholarship administration activities – Assist with grant submissions and grant support activities – Support international education research efforts – Collaborate with communications, finance, and university relations teams REQUIREMENTS – Experience supporting administration and operational activities – Ability to maintain alumni records and manage registrations – Ability to support engagement initiatives and alumni events – Experience coordinating virtual and in-person activities – Ability to assist with scholarship administration – Ability to support grant submissions and related activities – Ability to collaborate with communications, finance, and university relations teams – Interest in international education and member relations work WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS This role supports the ongoing success of alumni engagement and scholarship administration efforts that help strengthen international education programs and member relations.
