We are currently hiring Education Consultants who are fluent in Vietnamese to join our team at Aussizz Group. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about the education systems in Vietnam and capable of effectively communicating with clients and prospective students in their native language. They should also have a strong passion for helping students achieve their academic goals and a customer service-oriented mindset. Main Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance to international students regarding course selection, admissions, visas, and other aspects of studying abroad. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective students, ensuring exceptional customer service. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and apply this knowledge to provide valuable insights to students. Requirements: Fluency in Vietnamese and excellent English communication skills. Prior experience in education consulting, international admissions, or related fields preferred. In-depth knowledge of the education systems in Vietnam. Excellent customer service and communication skills with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Valid working rights in Victoria, Australia. Shift timing: Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.
