UHI Perth is one of Scotland’s leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland’s newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands. We are seeking to recruit a Director of Partnerships who will play a substantial role as part of the broader UHI International Team with a key focus of developing and managing international partnerships student recruitment from a range of markets, including from South East and South Asia. You will be responsible for the implementation of UHI Perth’s international partnerships and student recruitment activity and be required to develop and implement market specific recruitment strategies, as well as to manage specific key markets and associated relationships, under the direction of the Vice Principal External Engagement. You will have a working knowledge of educational systems in UK and China or other South and South Asian markets, an understanding of UKVI regulations as they pertain to student recruitment, as well as an understanding of Government regulations as they pertain to collaborative partnerships. This post will require substantial overseas travel, and particularly flexibility in working hours both overseas and when hosting international visitors.
