International development is essential to London Metropolitan University’s long-term sustainability. As the Recruitment Manager, you will be reporting to the Head of International Development, and your primary focus will be on recruiting international students from designated target markets. You will have direct responsibility for managing the International Recruitment team, including colleagues based in London and four key international markets. Your approach will be evidence-based and innovative in developing new recruitment opportunities while establishing sustainable recruitment channels. You will work with colleagues across the wider Student Recruitment & Business Development area to embed best practices in customer service to enhance the institutional brand internationally. You will oversee the management of the agent network and various external university partners responsible for delivering student recruitment targets in priority international markets.
