We are seeking a Deputy Head of Global Student Recruitment to join our highly successful recruitment team and contribute to our efforts in attracting international students to the University of Hull. We are looking for a skilled and confident team player to expand our team. Candidates should be capable of managing a diverse and complex workload, as well as having the initiative to solve problems. The post-holder will collaborate closely with the Assistant Director and Head of Global Student Recruitment to further our objectives outlined in the University’s International strategy. The post-holder will be responsible for determining the strategic direction of our recruitment initiatives by gathering, preparing, analyzing, and disseminating market intelligence on various aspects of international student recruitment. The successful candidate will also lead efforts to improve our internal systems for maximum efficiency. This position also entails overseeing recruitment from a specified region and managing an in-country office. Effective communication is vital, as the post-holders must engage with internal and global stakeholders with diplomacy and cultural awareness.
