With our innovative internationalization strategy, we aim to increase the number of international students. We are currently seeking an exceptional international student recruitment specialist to lead our partnership and project teams, strategic pathways team, and international funding, agents, and IELTS team. This individual should have a proven track record in higher education and be able to drive the success of our international partnerships teams in achieving the university’s goals. We are looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, initiative, and innovation to the workplace and can contribute fresh ideas to inspire others. Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders are essential. The ideal candidate should have a degree or equivalent qualification, extensive market experience in at least one region, a proven ability to exceed recruitment targets, cross-cultural awareness, excellent people management skills, and the ability to analyze market data. The successful candidate should also be willing to travel overseas for up to four weeks per year. This is a permanent position, and full-time hours are 36.25 per week. However, part-time applicants (minimum 29 hours per week) are also welcome to apply. It is important to specify your preferred hours in your application.
