We are looking for an individual who has a successful track record of delivering complex projects and programs. This person will support the development of Queen Mary’s activities in Latin America initially. This senior position will play a crucial strategic role in the expansion of Queen Mary, specifically in this key area. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for enhancing activity by overseeing the delivery of various collaborative initiatives. They will ensure a smooth workflow by managing internal processes and meeting the needs of our partners. Excellent customer service for students from partner institutions conducting research programs at Queen Mary will also be a focus. For this role, we are seeking an experienced leader capable of delivering a range of international initiatives. While previous experience managing international partnerships in higher education is advantageous, it is not required for success in this role. We are particularly interested in finding an individual who is driven, passionate, and capable of negotiating and delivering a range of tasks that involve complex internal and external processes. A collaborative and cooperative approach is crucial for success in this role, as the postholder will be working with diverse internal and external stakeholders, juggling a demanding workload and managing a complex network of connections. This position is located in Department W, London. It is a full-time, permanent role. The starting salary will be Grade 6, within the range of £52,549 – £58,595 per annum, including London Allowance.
