Join our newly created Credibility team at Academic Registry, where you will have the opportunity to assess international applicant suitability for a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS). This role requires close collaboration with various departments, including Student Recruitment and Admissions, UKVI Compliance, and Plymouth Global, to support our international student recruitment goals and maintain our status as a Student Visa Sponsor with the UK Home Office.

As a Credibility Officer, you will report to the Senior Credibility Officer and play a crucial role in the team. We are looking for someone who is analytical, capable of effectively managing workloads, and possesses excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and providing exceptional customer service are essential in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 packages is required, and the ability to remain calm under pressure is highly valued. While experience working with international students is desirable, it is not essential.
