This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with experience working in Study Abroad, preferably in a summer setting, to join an expanding team with ambitious intake targets. What will you be doing? The first role will focus primarily on our expanding portfolio of accredited, undergraduate programmes for the open, direct-enrol market. This will involve developing marketing and recruitment strategies, working in collaboration with our overseas offices, Study Abroad partner university network, agencies and 3 rd party platforms. You will identify recruitment trends in specific markets and work with colleagues in our international marketing team to create relevant recruitment materials and plan marketing campaigns. The second role will support private, custom, unaccredited short-term programmes of study for International Partnership universities, and further standalone summer schools. You will have proven experience of partnership and relationship activity, and be able to balance requirements and expectations from both internal and external stakeholders. For both roles, you will be the main point of contact for students and their representatives, and physically host their summer school experience. You should apply if The role requires someone who can work flexibly and independently to plan and organise a busy workload and solve problems as they arise, delivering excellent customer service and representing the University to the highest standards. You will have proven experience in international marketing and student recruitment, partnership and relationship activity and knowledge and understanding of key aspects of student mobility. The post requires excellent communication skills and time-management. Occasional overseas travel and full availability over the summer period (mid-June to mid/late-August) are essential parts of these roles. As these roles form part of a new initiative at Bristol, the post will require somebody who has the ability not only to respond positively to change and development, but also play an active part in shaping our processes and systems.
