OVERVIEW The Director, International Partnerships and Engagement leads the strategy and management of international partnerships across Foothill College, De Anza College, and the Foothill-De Anza Community College District. Reporting to the Executive Director, International Student Programs, this role supports international enrollment growth, campus internationalization, and cross-cultural learning. The position involves regular international travel and active engagement with global education stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Oversee the strategy and management of all international partnerships for Foothill College, De Anza College, and the District – Support international enrollment growth initiatives – Advance campus internationalization efforts – Develop and support global partnerships – Promote cross-cultural learning opportunities – Engage with global education stakeholders – Participate in extensive international travel related to partnership development and engagement REQUIREMENTS WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS International partnerships play a critical role in expanding global access, strengthening institutional reputation, and creating meaningful cross-cultural learning experiences. This role supports the colleges’ ability to engage globally while aligning international initiatives with district-wide goals.
