OVERVIEW The International Student Recruitment and Engagement Officer plays a key role in supporting the University of Tasmania’s global student recruitment objectives. Based in Hobart or Launceston, this role focuses on coordinating recruitment activity and engaging prospective international students across multiple markets and channels. The position contributes to a compliant, ethical, and student-centred recruitment experience by working collaboratively across internal teams and with external partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Support global international student recruitment efforts. – Coordinate international student recruitment activities. – Generate and convert prospective international student leads. – Support and maintain relationships with international education agents. – Deliver international recruitment events, including education fairs, virtual activities, on-campus events, and agent familiarisation programs. – Work closely with recruitment, marketing, partnerships, and events teams. – Contribute to a compliant, ethical, and student-centred recruitment experience.
