OVERVIEW The Admissions Counsellor (US Colleges) at Crimson Education supports students applying to highly selective universities, with a primary focus on the United States and United Kingdom. This role combines individualized advising, long-term mentoring, and strategic planning to help students and families navigate complex undergraduate admissions processes. The position may be remote or based in one of Crimson’s global offices and involves close collaboration with a distributed international team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Provide personalized undergraduate admissions strategies for students targeting US and UK universities – Guide students and families through the full undergraduate admissions process, from early planning through application submission – Mentor students on an ongoing basis, supporting academic, extracurricular, and personal development aligned with admissions goals – Collaborate with tutors, mentors, and admissions consultants to build strong and competitive university applications – Engage in strategic planning to align student profiles with appropriate university targets – Communicate regularly with students, families, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress REQUIREMENTS WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS University admissions to top global institutions are increasingly complex and competitive, particularly for international applicants.
