OVERVIEW The Alumni Seasonal Admissions Recruiter AY24_25 will support the Admissions Office in recruiting a dynamic class of law students. This role focuses on representing the institution at recruiting events, communicating with prospective applicants, and sharing information about academic programs, admissions requirements, student life, and career services. The position includes significant travel during recruiting season and requires strong communication skills in both individual and group settings. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Work with the Admissions Office to recruit prospective law students – Represent the institution at on-campus and off-campus recruiting events – Convey information effectively and enthusiastically to prospective applicants – Answer questions related to academic programs, admission requirements, student life, and career services – Coordinate travel arrangements with the Admissions Office – Document travel expenses and submit reimbursement materials – Participate in recruiting activities during the fall season – Travel extensively during recruiting season – Work weekends as required for recruiting activities REQUIREMENTS – Excellent communication skills in group and individual settings – Ability to travel extensively during recruiting season – Ability to work weekends – Ability to communicate information clearly and enthusiastically – Ability to support admissions and recruiting activities WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Admissions and recruiting professionals play an important role in helping prospective students understand academic opportunities and campus resources.
