OVERVIEW The Post-Baccalaureate Fellow, International Programs role at Ursinus College is an early-career professional position designed to support both international students and U.S. students participating in study abroad. Based in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, this role combines student advising, program coordination, and administrative support within a campus-focused international education office. It offers hands-on exposure to international student services, education abroad, and global learning initiatives in a liberal arts college setting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Serve as a first point of contact for international students and study abroad participants – Support advising processes for international students and education abroad – Assist with F-1 and J-1 student services – Contribute to orientation, engagement, and emergency support for international and study abroad students – Provide study abroad advising – Coordinate pre-departure and re-entry programming for study abroad participants – Support global learning initiatives – Maintain student data and administrative workflows – Collaborate with campus partners – Support onboarding of future fellows REQUIREMENTS WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS This role plays a critical part in ensuring that international and study abroad students receive consistent, informed, and compassionate support throughout their educational journeys.
