OVERVIEW The Continuing Educator II – Director of International Programs at UC Santa Barbara Professional and Continuing Education (PaCE) is a senior leadership role focused on the strategy and sustainability of international education initiatives. This position provides institution-wide direction for international programs, aligning global engagement with academic and operational goals. The role combines leadership, management, and data-informed decision-making to support international students and partnerships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Provide strategic leadership, administration, and oversight of all international programs – Manage international partnerships – Oversee admissions and student support for international students – Lead recruitment and outreach initiatives – Supervise staff – Manage budgets and data to support sustainable program growth REQUIREMENTS WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS International programs play a critical role in expanding global access to education and strengthening institutional reach.
