OVERVIEW This role focuses on guiding students through U.S. boarding and day school admissions interviews, with an emphasis on clarity, confidence, and authenticity. As an Interview Mentor, you support students from a globally diverse background as they prepare for high-stakes conversations that can shape their educational pathways. The position draws on prior admissions office experience to provide informed, realistic, and ethical guidance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Coach students through U.S. boarding and day school admissions interviews. – Mentor a globally diverse student population throughout the interview preparation process. – Help students develop and articulate compelling personal narratives. – Prepare students for high-stakes admissions interviews using insights informed by admissions office experience. REQUIREMENTS – Prior experience working in an admissions office.
