OVERVIEW This role focuses on recruiting and enrolling international undergraduate students for DePauw University through targeted international recruitment efforts. The assistant works within admission to support outreach, application review, and enrollment activities that connect prospective students with the institution. The position combines recruitment travel, application evaluation, and student-facing responsibilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Recruit and enroll international undergraduate students – Manage assigned international recruitment territories – Build relationships with students, families, counselors, and partners worldwide – Evaluate international applications – Issue immigration documents as a Designated School Official – Support international student orientation activities – Travel internationally and domestically for recruitment purposes REQUIREMENTS WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS International enrollment plays a key role in shaping a globally engaged campus community.
