OVERVIEW The Student Admissions Director at the University of Oklahoma provides strategic and operational leadership for the Office of Admissions & Recruitment. This role oversees the full admissions lifecycle, from identifying and recruiting prospective students through evaluation, decision-making, and enrollment. The position serves a broad student population, including domestic and international freshman, transfer, and concurrent students, while representing the university to key audiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Oversee efforts to identify, recruit, evaluate, and enroll prospective students. – Direct daily operations within the Office of Admissions & Recruitment. – Support domestic and international freshman, transfer, and concurrent students throughout the application and decision process. – Manage admissions operations and oversee admissions staff. – Ensure compliance with academic policies and applicable regulations. – Collaborate with recruitment and technology teams to support admissions goals. – Represent the university to prospective students and external stakeholders.
