OVERVIEW The Admissions Counsellor (US Colleges) role at Crimson Education focuses on guiding students and families through the competitive process of applying to leading universities, particularly in the United States. Working within a global college admissions consulting firm, the counsellor provides personalized advising that aligns academic planning, school selection, and application strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Partner with students and families to develop individualized college admissions strategies. – Guide students in identifying and selecting appropriate higher education institutions, with a focus on US colleges. – Support application planning across the admissions cycle, ensuring students stay on track with timelines and requirements. – Provide ongoing coaching and advising to students throughout the admissions process. – Collaborate closely with tutors, mentors, and other admissions consultants to deliver coordinated support. – Maintain expert knowledge of higher education institutions and admissions practices relevant to the role.
