OVERVIEW The Admissions Counsellor (US Colleges) at Crimson Education supports students aiming for admission to leading universities in the United States. Working within a global college admissions consulting firm, this role focuses on developing individualized admissions strategies and guiding students through a highly competitive process. The position is full-time and can be based remotely or in a global office environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Partner closely with students and their families to design personalized US college admissions strategies – Guide students in academic planning aligned with US university admissions expectations – Advise on extracurricular planning to strengthen competitive applications – Lead and coordinate a team of tutors and mentors supporting each student – Support students throughout the full college application process – Apply in-depth knowledge of US higher education institutions and admissions pathways – Advise on competitive application strategies for top universities REQUIREMENTS WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Admissions to top US universities are increasingly competitive and complex, particularly for students navigating the process from different educational systems.
