OVERVIEW The International Admissions Advisor at Westcliff University plays a front-line role in supporting international students as they explore and enter U.S. higher education. Based in Huntington, California, this entry-level, full-time position combines student-facing advising with enrollment support in a hybrid work environment. The role focuses on guiding prospective international applicants from first inquiry through enrollment while delivering a high standard of customer service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Facilitate the selection and enrollment of qualified international student applicants – Respond to inquiries from prospective international students in a timely and professional manner – Conduct interviews with applicants as part of the admissions process – Guide prospective students through each stage of the admissions process – Maintain ongoing contact with applicants through enrollment – Provide excellent customer service to prospective international students REQUIREMENTS – Entry-level position – Full-time availability – Ability to work in a hybrid environment – Flexibility in schedule, including some Saturday work WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS International Admissions Advisors are essential to creating accessible and supportive pathways for students who wish to study across borders.
