OVERVIEW The International Student Recruitment Officer at the University of Toronto Scarborough plays a central role in advancing the institution’s international enrollment goals. Positioned within the Office of the Registrar, this role supports a student-centered approach to recruitment and admissions through outreach, advising, and strategic planning. The position combines direct engagement with prospective students and families with behind-the-scenes analysis to guide recruitment strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Contribute to the development and execution of international student recruitment strategy. – Deliver recruitment presentations to prospective students locally and internationally. – Advise prospective students and their families on admissions processes and pathways. – Build and maintain external recruitment networks and relationships. – Plan and coordinate international recruitment travel. – Analyze recruitment and admissions data to inform strategic decision-making. – Support a student-centered recruitment and admissions service within the Office of the Registrar.
