OVERVIEW The University of Toronto is hiring an Administrative Assistant, International Programs for a full-time continuing position at the St. George campus in Toronto, Ontario. Reporting to the Associate Director, Administration, International Programs, this role supports the delivery of international academic programs, including the International Summer Academic (ISA) and the International Foundation Program (IFP). This position involves administrative coordination, communication with students and stakeholders, and supporting daily operations connected to international programs. The role also includes acting as a key contact for inquiries and assisting with events, records management, and registration activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Acting as the first point of contact for students, parents, representatives, and staff – Supporting application and registration processes for international programs – Disseminating information to applicants – Coordinating events and orientation activities – Maintaining records and office systems – Supporting international student programming – Working closely with team members in the International Programs Office – Supporting programs including the International Summer Academic (ISA) and the International Foundation Program (IFP) REQUIREMENTS – Ability to support administrative processes related to international programs – Ability to coordinate events and orientation activities – Ability to maintain records and office systems – Ability to communicate with students, parents, representatives, and staff – Ability to support application and registration activities – Ability to work collaboratively with team members WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS International programs depend on strong administrative coordination to provide students and participants with consistent support and accurate information.
