OVERVIEW The International Services & Budget Coordinator at Angelo State University supports the operational and financial backbone of multiple international education initiatives. This role brings together budget coordination, program logistics, and compliance-related support across study abroad, international student services, and faculty-focused international activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Coordinate financial operations and program logistics for multiple international initiatives – Manage budgets related to international programs and services – Oversee scholarships connected to international education initiatives – Process and coordinate study abroad payments – Administer international health insurance matters – Support international student tax compliance processes – Provide financial and logistical support for student mobility programs – Coordinate services related to foreign national faculty – Support operations for the English Language Learning Institute – Assist with international student orientation activities – Assist with international education events and programming REQUIREMENTS WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS International education programs rely on strong financial coordination and operational accuracy to remain accessible, compliant, and sustainable.
