BUILA is seeking an exceptional senior leader to drive the next phase of its development as a UK-wide, not-for-profit membership association supporting internationalisation professionals in higher education. The Executive Director will provide strategic and operational leadership, work closely with the elected Council and Directors, build relationships with sector bodies and government partners, lead key projects and events, contribute to policy and lobbying activity, and oversee financial and organisational operations.
