OVERVIEW The BSU-GDUT Dual Degree Program Manager supports and advances a strategic international partnership between Ball State University and Guangdong University of Technology. Based in the Department of Economics, this role coordinates academic, administrative, and cross-cultural components of a dual-degree program. The position is central to ensuring smooth operations, strong communication, and a high-quality experience for students and faculty involved in the partnership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Oversee and coordinate the BSU-GDUT dual-degree partnership. – Manage program logistics related to the dual-degree structure. – Coordinate communications among institutional partners and stakeholders. – Provide academic advising support for students in the dual-degree program. – Support English language programming connected to the partnership. – Coordinate immersion programming for participating students. – Manage visiting scholar initiatives associated with the program. – Oversee budgeting related to the dual-degree partnership. – Prepare reports related to program operations and outcomes. – Support cross-cultural programming to enhance student and faculty engagement. – Contribute to the success and growth of the international partnership.
