OVERVIEW Ball State University is seeking an International Student Success Advisor within the Rinker Center for Global Affairs. This role focuses on supporting international students through advising, academic coaching, onboarding support, and student success strategies. The position also contributes to cross cultural engagement initiatives that encourage global awareness and meaningful connections between domestic and international student communities. The advisor will collaborate with campus partners to strengthen the international student experience and help foster an inclusive and supportive environment. This opportunity is based in Muncie, Indiana.
