The University of Bristol (UoB) has approved the outsourcing of its international conversion activities to an external supplier. The role of this post holder is to provide operational and administrative support to the International Conversion Officer and the Deputy Head of International Recruitment in order to successfully deliver the university’s international student recruitment strategy. The post holder will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of a carefully planned programme of conversion activities for prospective international enquirers, applicants, and offer holders. This will involve working with both the external supplier and internal teams at UoB to ensure excellent customer service and timely communication. Please note that this is a 9-month fixed-term contract ending in May 2024. Responsibilities include supporting the International Recruitment Team and the university’s faculties and schools in delivering international conversion activities. The post holder will undertake administrative tasks as directed by the Deputy Head of International Recruitment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in student recruitment and/or sales/marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
