Job Title : Assistant Director of Student Life Location: South Kensington, London, England Start Date: 1 st June Application deadline : 14 th April Job Summary : The Assistant Director of Student Life will be assisting and supporting the Director of Student Life in the day­-to-day management and running of the Student Life Office, deputising for them in their absence. The successful applicant will also be responsible for developing, organising and executing FIE’s co-curricular programming. Required Skills and Qualifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent. Substantial experience working with undergraduate students and/or in a people-Centred role. Aptitude for establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally, to achieve the goals of the organisation A broad knowledge of London and England as an educational and social resource Knowledge of the US and its people Key Skills Excellent organisational and administration skills with a great attention to detail High level of IT competency, with a knowledge of the MS Office package, databases and social media Ability to develop and maintain high standards of service provision Excellent writing and communication skills, and an ability to engage effectively with different groups of stakeholders Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritise their workload, and meet deadlines in a team setting Job Description For further information and to apply, please click on the ‘Apply’ button above.
