OVERVIEW The Pro-Vice-Chancellor Global Engagement is a senior executive leadership role at Bangor University with responsibility for shaping and advancing the institution’s international presence. As a member of the University Executive, the post holder provides strategic direction and leadership for global engagement activities that support the University’s long-term ambitions. The role combines high-level strategy with external representation, positioning the University to succeed in a competitive global higher education environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Lead the development and delivery of the University’s global engagement strategy. – Provide strategic leadership for transnational education partnerships. – Oversee international student recruitment as part of the global engagement portfolio. – Drive the development of innovative global delivery models. – Act as a senior international ambassador for the University. – Contribute as a member of the University Executive to shaping the University’s global future.
