The University of Westminster is looking for an Alumni Relations Officer (International) to assist with the University’s international alumni program and the International branch of the Westminster Working Cultures (WWC). This position is full-time, 35 hours a week, and will be fixed term until 31 July 2024. The WWC program comprises three different categories, which provide hundreds of students with short-term mobility opportunities around the world, as well as local programs and skills development opportunities. As part of this role, the successful candidate will be coordinating logistics for the WWC International Program, booking travel for students and serving as the primary point of contact. They will also coordinate with the international team to support the growth of the University’s international alumni program and international event management, as well as coordinate the Alumni Ambassador Program. The candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be proactive and demonstrate a passion for supporting students from all backgrounds.
