We have got an exciting opportunity for Admissions Manager to be part of our team at Victoria University (Sydney & Brisbane Campus) in our Sydney office. The Admissions Manager, VU is responsible for managing the admissions function for the VU Sydney & Brisbane brand. The role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the admissions function including the risk index, turnaround times and enrolment numbers. Key Responsibilities: Drive the achievement of the sales targets with the Head of International Student Recruitment Maintain the risk index at an agreed level with the Head of International Student Recruitment Monitor visa decisions and address areas of risk as identified Represent ECA at the Joint Operations meetings Prepare reports for multiple committees including but not limited to the Joint Operations meetings, Joint Management Committee Meetings (JMC) as required and the Executive Management Committee (EMC) Provide reports as required Support the development of the admissions team to best in business. Create and maintain reference material to ensure consistency in decision making Maintain staffing levels Set & monitor daily targets to ensure agreed service levels are met at all times Process all admissions actions as required Communicate delays / changes to service levels as appropriate Work with brand stakeholders to ensure a seamless enrolment process for all students As the successful candidate you will ideally have Bachelors level or equivalent experience. International education sector Higher education admissions team Team leadership Stakeholder management Training (staff or agents Developing and implementing GTE rules Knowledge of: Understanding of the international education regulatory environment. A thorough knowledge of international and domestic qualifications including English language Expertise in GTE settings and assessment for multiple markets (including financial assessment).
