Salary: £31,396 to £36,024 per annum (Grade 6)

About the Role:
The Global Recruitment Team at the University is responsible for student recruitment in both the UK and international markets. We also prioritize widening access and meeting the goals outlined in our Access and Participation Plan. As part of this team, you will manage relationships with schools and colleges in a specific region of the UK. Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging workshops for students, parents, and teachers, as well as promoting the University at local and national exhibitions. This is a permanent role primarily based in London and the South East, with involvement in wider projects and activities within the division.
About You:
You should have a degree or equivalent qualification and experience working in 13-19 education, further education, or higher education. As a skilled public speaker, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills to engage with young people, parents, teachers, advisers, and colleagues. Cultural awareness and sensitivity are also necessary. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and take initiative are essential.
Please note that this position requires a disclosure and barring service (DBS) check, as the post holder will have significant access to young people and/or vulnerable adults. Information obtained from the DBS and the police will be treated confidentially and destroyed once the University is satisfied.
