About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced professional for the role of Student Success Coach. This position involves providing individual and group coaching to a specific group of students, offering pastoral support, academic guidance, and career advice. The Student Success Coach will monitor student progress and serve as the main point of contact for all College-related matters concerning the assigned student cohort. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with teaching staff and other stakeholders to resolve complex student issues. The Student Success Coach will also support the engagement of students at risk and those progressing well, in order to foster a sense of belonging within the campus community. This is a full-time fixed-term position based at the Nirimba (Blacktown) Campus until 31 December 2024, with potential travel to other University campuses. About You:
The ideal candidate will have a relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent education/training. Furthermore, knowledge of coaching and mentoring techniques and a good understanding of the challenges faced by students from different backgrounds is essential. The ability to develop effective solutions is also required.

Working with Children Check:
Since we cater to students under the age of 18, a NSW Working with Children Check Clearance is mandatory.

This position falls under the Remuneration Package: Professional Staff Level 6, with an annual salary of $100,780, comprising a salary of $88,655 plus superannuation and leave loading, as per the College Enterprise Agreement.
