Our diploma and advanced diploma level courses provide personalized training in the industry.

About the Role: The Recruitment & Admissions Manager (RAM) is responsible for developing and implementing student recruitment strategies to ensure maximum enrollment and financial viability for Sydney Actors School (SAS) and Sydney Film School (SFS). The RAM promotes the institutions to the wider community, assists individuals in their decision-making process for acting and film training, manages leads, attends career expos, arranges presentations with schools and career advisors, organizes tours, auditions, and interviews, and manages key documents in the application and enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:
– Promote SAS and SFS to the community and assist individuals with their decision making
– Manage leads and maximize lead conversion
– Represent SAS and SFS at career expos
– Coordinate presentations with schools, career advisors, and drama/film departments
– Arrange tours, auditions, call back auditions, and interviews with Directors of Education
– Manage key documents in the application and enrollment process
– Maintain consistent filing of applicant details in line with school processes

Skills and Experience:
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
– Current Working with Children Check
– Current Drivers License and Passport
– Sales experience in an educational environment
– Experience in student engagement
– Experience in working in an education environment
– Knowledge of the VET sector
– Preferential experience with setting targets and KPIs

– Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills

– Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
