We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our newly created Credibility team. This team is responsible for assessing the suitability of international applicants for a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS). In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Student Recruitment and Admissions, UKVI Compliance, and Plymouth Global teams to support the university’s international student recruitment goals and maintain our status as a Student Visa Sponsor with the UK Home Office.
We are currently looking to recruit four positions for our Credibility team. The Senior Credibility Officer (UKVI) will provide line management for three Credibility Officer positions and will have day-to-day responsibility for the team.
In this role, you will need to be analytical and effective in prioritizing and organizing workloads. Your strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills will ensure an exceptional customer service experience for applicants, agents, and key partners.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 packages is essential, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure. While desirable, previous experience working with international students in an administrative, support, or admissions role is not necessary.

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 37 hours of work per week. We are open to considering flexible working options, including job sharing.
