As a member of our Global Recruitment Team (International), you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of key recruitment activities to attract international students from the Americas, Central Asia, Eastern and Southern Africa. This encompasses a diverse range of recruitment markets, including countries such as the USA, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, South Africa, and Mauritius. Reporting directly to the Senior Regional Manager for the specified regions, you will be tasked with international student recruitment activities and will be expected to deliver impressive results that meet our ambitious targets. To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a deep understanding of the factors that influence international student recruitment. Excellent communication skills are essential, including the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences. The ability to work collaboratively within a team, while also demonstrating independent initiative and determination, is crucial. Candidates should also possess exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to establish rapport with individuals from various cultural backgrounds. This position requires overseas travel for up to 12 weeks per year, often for extended periods of up to three weeks at a time.
