The University of Kent is seeking an International Channel Manager to take a leading role in driving international student recruitment efforts through their network of representative agents and partners. Working in the Student Recruitment team, the International Channel Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing the university’s strategies for engaging recruitment agents, pathway providers, and international influencers that support international student pathways.
As part of the role, you will:
- Develop and implement international recruitment strategies alongside the International Student Recruitment Lead, ensuring that processes align with university standards.
- Manage external agents and partners by overseeing onboarding, renewal, and compliance processes, following the Agent Quality Framework.
- Foster creative programming that supports international agents and partners in guiding prospective students toward application and enrollment.
- Contribute expertise in international markets, collaborating with teams to design effective relationship campaigns and tailored communication strategies across varying cultural contexts.
- Support dynamic, proactive recruitment solutions in response to shifting patterns in global demand for UK higher education.
