About the Role:

As an Admissions Officer (International) with us, you will play an essential part in streamlining the international student admissions process, from the initial application to final enrollment. You will manage admissions tasks, collaborate with a dedicated team, and provide expert guidance to prospective students, significantly enhancing their application experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage international admissions with detailed knowledge of entry and selection criteria.
- Coordinate the processing of advanced standing assessments.
- Execute high-level organizational tasks with attention to detail, meeting strict deadlines.
- Communicate effectively orally and in writing, engaging with prospective students.
- Utilize software tools (preferably Windows 7 and Excel) efficiently.
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellent client service, anticipating and responding to the needs of students.
- Having familiarity with Swinburne University of Technology’s courses and entry requirements is highly advantageous.
About You:
- Previous experience in international admissions is essential.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with word processing and database software is desired.
- Commitment to client service and flexibility in meeting student needs.
Qualifications:
- A degree with relevant work experience or a diploma with subsequent relevant work experience is required. A combination of relevant educational qualifications and experience will also be considered.
