Role Overview:

Join our vibrant team as a pivotal member responsible for streamlining our student enrolment process and offering guidance to prospective ICCC learners. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the initial contact for students and major stakeholders, such as directors, parents, and supervisors, to provide insights on enrolment procedures and criteria.
• Carrying out administrative and data-entry tasks ensuring students are seamlessly integrated into our system and commence their academic journey.
• Facilitating current or alumni students’ progression into advanced ICCC courses, growing valuable relationships with services and stakeholders.
• Cooperatively managing our enrolments email and phone communications, allocating tasks based on priority.
• Representing the College at external events, like career expos.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

This is an exceptional part-time opportunity for individuals with customer service and administrative expertise. Your qualifications should include:

• Superior communication abilities, adept at engaging over the phone and effectively interacting with students and stakeholders at in-person events.
• The skill to nurture constructive relationships with both internal and external entities.
• Strong attention to detail alongside established computer literacy (proficiency in Microsoft programs).
• Availability for a minimum of 24 hours per week, with full-time engagement (up to 38 hours) negotiable for the right fit. Must be open to working Wednesdays and Fridays, with potential flexibility on other days and hours.
