The Country Manager position in Vietnam, Philippines, and Indonesia is responsible for representing and promoting the Adelaide Education Group (AEG) in the designated market. This includes attending recruitment events, providing guidance to potential students, maintaining relationships with current and new agents, ensuring compliance with education standards, assisting with admissions processes, providing market feedback for marketing strategies, and handling translation tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in student recruitment, a bachelor’s degree in marketing, international studies, or business, proficiency in MS Office suite, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of Australian Department of Home Affairs policies. Experience in the international higher education sector or similar roles is advantageous. The remuneration for this role is competitive and will be based on qualifications and experience.
