Currently, we are searching for an exceptional individual to lead our higher education nursing programs and spearhead research at a national and international level. As a seasoned educational professional, leader, and researcher, you will possess the theoretical, educational, and operational knowledge necessary to support our educational and business objectives. As for the details: this is a full-time position located at our Moorabbin campus. The salary will range from $158,284 to $174,373 per annum pro rata, with an additional 11% superannuation and annual leave loading. A Working with Children Check and Police Check are required for this role. A six-month qualifying period applies to the ongoing contract of employment.
To be considered, you should have expertise in effectively managing and strategically leading an academic teaching department in a large education institution, including financial responsibility. Your ability to lead and manage change, develop and maintain industry relationships and partnerships, as well as implement and evaluate educational programs in the higher education context is crucial. A PhD/Professional Doctorate, relevant post-graduate qualification in nursing or a related area, and current Nursing Registration with Ahpra are also necessary.
